It’s getting colder outside so we’re taking things indoors and we’re actually super excited about it! Obviously it’s close quarters inside but thats great for comedy and more intimate type shows.
Join us for some seasonal ales and craft cocktails, seating is limited but the vibe is not, and we have plenty of that, Comedy and Blues shows run every Friday and Saturday Night @ 7:30 PM sharp but get here early to get a seat.
If your looking for some eats we do have simple bites like Flatbread Pizza’s and Bavarian Pretzels, Chocolate Chip Cookies and Stuffed Waffles and esspresso in the mornings.
(Your welcome to bring and picinic or order food in)

What’s on Tap?
On the Craft Tap currently is our special brew we did for Brew at the Zoo, the “MONSTER MASH” if you saw us at the zoo you probably saw our sign that read “Random Ale” most of you laughed and had a few questions regarding the random ale. The Monster Mash was an idea we had to use all of the unused grains left over from previous brews, and what came out was actually pretty good! The grain bill on this brew was quite extensive but consisted of mostly lighter base grains, we were shooting for an easy drinker but we wanted a little dirty like our jeans so we added a pound and a half of Black Patent Malt to give it a tinge of dirty blonde and we were pleasantly surprised with the end result. This will release this weekend and be on through the spooky holiday, so come get weird with us!

Craft Beer comes with a little bit of ingenuity, attention to detail, and lots of R&D. Along the road you find what you like, and what you don’t, and this has honestly been some of the best part. A few years back we started our venture in brewing during a Super Bowl Sunday brewing out of a bucket; feeling pretty good about the results we dove right in.
How hard could this be, right? Turns out there’s a lot that goes into actually brewing up something special, so we started by lots and lots of R&D, going to local breweries indulging in the delights they had to offer and guiding our ship accordingly. One thing we new for sure was that we liked traditional style ales and lagers, so we plotted a course to perfect a simple line up of flagship beers with a variety of color, body, with a traditional taste. So for the next few years we brewed and then brewed some more slowly perfecting our craft one beer at a time. This year we will proudly open our flagship location in our home town of Lake Lotawana, this is truly a story of good friends, good beers, and making shit happen!
